When I walked in the guy said what can I do for you. So I would like a large steak hoagie pizza sauce, cheese, pickle, and no garlic butter. He said okay give me 10 minutes. I said okay. While I was standing there a waitress came up and asked about the remote for the TV she wanted to put it on the ball game. This man who took my order don't know his name yelled at her and said it's in my office I'm busy you're going to have to wait. I feel super bad for this poor waitress. And then when I got my order he said a large steak cookie with everything. I said everything? He said yes Pizza sauce, cheese, pickle, and onions. I said I did not say onions. He said I thought you did so he remade it. But obviously he doesn't listen to customers and he doesn't treat his employees with dignity and respect.
We had a traditional crust 12" pizza with sausage and pepperoni. The pizza had a lot of cheese which was very good. It also had lots of sausage and pepperoni. The pizza sauce was somewhat bland. Would of been much better if spicier. The beer selection was very limited. Bud lite and Mich Ultra in draft and Bud and Stella in a bottle.
Typically pretty satisfied with the service and absolutely love the Buffalo Chicken pizza, however the last few times I've ordered it, it's been borderline inedible...very greasy, chicken overcooked or both. Also lately seem to be told …
Lisa and the whole staff are very nice people, always ready to help. Pizza is amazing and my stepkids will only go here from now on. Thanks Lisa! Keep it up!
When calling the store to tell them my salad was brown and not fresh, they told me it was the owners policy to have a driver come back and pick the item back up before an “in store refund” could be issued. Really?! I would never expect a delivery driver to come back to retrieve an unsatisfactory item. Shame on this Grammas owner. Our past orders have been great, this one was down right awful. The salad (that cost over $11) was brown and wilting, the calzones were soggy and mush, the fried pickles were burnt and without the dipping cup. Just straight up sad for the $60+ we spent. Definitely consider spending your pizzeria money elsewhere.
The pizza was really doughy and a bit undercooked. Wasn’t cut all the way through and was drenched in sauce, so extremely messy to eat. For 9.99 for a large pepperoni though it wasn’t a bad value.
Grammas is my favorite pizza and the Batavia location is one of the best (I also enjoy Bethel and Withamsville locations). The other locations (not named) that I’ve been to tend to over cook the pizza. I always enjoy the service at the …
